If only, but then again.

I'll divide my review in 2 parts, the good and the bad, because this flash deserves a pro-like review and not just a bat in the back and 'good job', because I see a bright future in this authors flash development.

Good:

- Using subtitles and a foreing language (french) really created a surrealistic feeling and it pushed the story foward with a good grip and made sure the story evolved. This is what made it nice to watch.

- Music and sound effects and the quality of them. Musics came from Lord of the Rings to Silent Hill (not sure really, and I missed the credits too because I was busy writing this as they rolled). Everything well placed etc.

- Some of the flash 'art' featured in this flash was great but not all I must say - more about that in my bad section. The backgrounds (or rooms if you wanna call em) were nicely done with a good sense in perspection, the book felt a little flat though don't you think? If you would have made it in 3D it would have been a lot better imo.

Bad:

- I must say that the characters didn't fit in the animation. They were ok, but not fitting to this movie. Maybe you need someone to help you with the art? I mean, if the flash had realistic human art the effect and overall feeling would have been dramatically raised to the roof.

- Tension. Not nesesserily a bad thing, but a 'experienced' flash prank viewer I must say I almost stopped viewing this flash because I was waiting for a scary climax all the time. There was 1 scary moment in the flash and it was in the early stage, wich wasn't too shocking so I continued viewing.

In conclusion:

I wasn't really up to view your extra footage at all, since when you actually put a end to the story, extra things don't really interest. Me at least, I can't really talk on others behalf.

Overall I loved your flash and I hope you make more of these odd and innovating flashes. So in other words thank you for submitting this flash.

I gave this flash a 'protection vote' and all 10s, because I see a talent here so sorry for you others who think we should judge the flashes by the content.

Ah yeah I suppose If I knew a bit 3D it would help a lot with this movie, I need to look into it as a matter of fact!

True I could use a hand with drawing because my drawings do stink (in a way) I need to practice much more, and as a matter of fact, I might consider doing a remake of this movie, possibly using drawings from a pro!

Well the tension in this movie is quite different than what you were expecting I suppose, it focuses more on depth, and a different way in delivering horror

Too much FPS games

Dude you've played too much FPS games :P But I liked the flash. I am a pasifist so I am all against wars, but thats IN REAL LIFE! In flash it's all okey to kill even children.

Also did I hear StarGate SG-1 the stun gun sound in the background when they entered the beach? lol *ratatatata --- ZIIIP* XD

I liked the anime and cartoons featured in here, the real life footage didn't interest me. But I can't credit you for someone elses art work now can I? Only thing that I can review is how you put it all together etc. and then decide how good flash it is.

Wich was not so good.

But I have a question: What is the name of the anime where the elven eared girl dances and while she dances she is holding her skirt? Could you reply to this review with the name of it? I would be very appreciated.

Who says I endorse any of GG Allin's opinions? I just think he was an interesting person while alive, hence the reason of making a music video out of one of his songs. It's funny how you even took this flash seriously to begin with.

Also, I applaud you for being able to censor 'fuck' and 'shit' on Newgrounds, especially in a review on a movie called Fuck Authority. However, it seems you let a fuck slip, so I suggest you be careful in the future, because it really matters.

[Sprite Survivor - 4]

oooooooooooh Boy.

Sprite animation in flash. It simply looks bad. Sprite animation used to be fun to watch when I was hmm... 14 years old. Now... it just bores me. The only thing that kept me watching it fully was the characters and the love for them. I regodnized every character.

The idea is fun and creative and you have put a lot of work to it, I hope you get to finish it too. The music well.... ok. They were O.K.

Oh and to vote hmm... I'll just say that, Chrono, Necklord and Cloud are the most famous characters. So no vote actually.

I got the spooks...

Heh, wierd but funny in a way. The sounds and everything up to the speech is top notch in my oppinion. Great job there. The animation is nice to watch and the the whole flash is very artistic. But as I have been spooked so oftenly and I still suffer from them, the part where he opened his mouth spooked me a bit and all those moments when the red shirted guy was looking at the screen without saying anything spooked me quite a bit. Blame the spook flashes or something, but because it was so spooking I can't give it a perfect score, though I would like to.
